Fryeburg Historical Society Open. The Col. Samuel Osgood  House, the new home of the Fryeburg Historical Society, is open for guided tours, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesdays and Saturdays through Christmas.  Groups are asked to call ahead for an appointment at 697-3484.
SOLO's Free Monthly Pre-hospital Presentation: To Breath Or Not To Breathe. The next topic in SOLO's free ongoing community Emergency Medical Services' Con Ed series, "To Breathe or Not to Breathe — that is the question," will be held, 7-9 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 26, at the SOLO campus on Tasker Hill in Conway. This seminar will begin with a discussion of a complete review of airway anatomy, followed by everything you have always wanted to know about airways. What promises to be an entertaining presentation, the evening will also include topics on oxygen use, suctioning, advanced airways, and stoma maintenance. Lecture time will be followed by practice labs. (SOLO has a limited supply of airway manikins, so if you have one you can borrow for the evening, please bring it.). The evening will be taught by Dr. Frank Hubbell; Paul MacMillan, AEMT; and Josh MacMillan, AEMT. Light refreshments will be provided. All are welcome, regardless of medical background. Using Koha. Jackson Public Library holds an informal class on using the new on-line library catalog, KOHA, at 4 p.m. at the library. The class is free and open to the public. You will learn how to log in to your account so you can see what you have out, renew items, place holds on items, update your information, create lists and tags. We will also look at searching and optimizing your searches. There is no registration. Call the library for more information at 383-9731.
White Mountain Waldorf School Benefit. There will be a fund-raising event to benefit White Mountain Waldorf School today at Flatbread Pizza in North Conway, starting at 4 p.m. There will also be a 50/50 raffle and an information table and a portion of the proceeds from every pizza sold will go to the school.

Celebrate Recovery. Celebrate Recovery is a nationally known and proven Christ centered recovery program based on the Bible. Healing occurs in a structured environment using the 12 steps and 8 principles of recovery fostered by confidential and safe relationships. Are you dealing with any hurts, habits or hangups, such as anger, codependency, control issues, relational struggles, over-eating, or any type of addiction? Fall Story Time for  Year Olds. The Conway Public Library offers fall story time for 2 years old today at 10:30 a.m. with with half an hour of age appropriate stories, songs and action rhymes. Caregivers of those with Alzheimer's or Related Disorders.
 A group for caregivers of those with Alzheimer's or related disorders meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month, 1:30 to 3 p.m., at the Merriman House. The group offers education, support and coping skills for caregivers. Pre-arranged care is available for the family member while the caregiver attends the meeting. Journey of Hope. Journey of Hope meets the first Tuesday of every month, 7-8:30 p.m., in the Sun Room at Memorial Hospital. The group is for those with cancer and their support people. Alcoholics Anonymous Meetings. Every Tuesday, Alcoholics Anonymous meets at the Christ Church Episcopal on Pine Street and Route 16 in North Conway from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.; and at the Gibson Center in North Conway from 8 to 9 p.m.; and at Conway Village Congregational (the Brown Church) at 132 Main Street in Conway from 12 to 1 p.m.

Alcoholic's Anonymous Women's Step Meeting. An Alcoholic's Anonymous Women's Step Meeting takes place on Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m., at Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 857 Main Street (Route 5), in Fryeburg, Maine.

Al-Anon. Every Tuesday, Fryeburg Al-Anon meets for friends and families of alcoholics, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the American Legion Hall, Bradley Street, Fryeburg. Newcomers welcome.

Zumba "Gold" Classes. Every Tuesday evening from 6 to 7 p.m.at the Conway Village Congregational Church on Main Street in Conway. Dance experience not required. Get moving and have fun doing it.
