Another year has gone by

And a new one is about to start

Everything you can set your mind to

Can be achieved and you'll play your part

Look forward and not back

And fix your goals for the year

Then raise a glass of champagne

And be of good cheer

Life is like a book, in chapters of three

The past, the present, and the soon to be

The past is already recorded and put away

It's the now that we’re writing each and every day

So grab 2014, because it's never been here

and face every day without any fear!
