Fifth annual Cookie Walk at Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Eastern Slopes. Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Eastern Slopes will hold its fifth annual cookie walk, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the fellowship hall in Tamworth. All are welcome to come on in, pick up a complimentary hot drink, choose a supplied container to fill with homemade cookies, walk among the hundreds of cookies choosing what you like. Cookies are weighed and purchased for $7 per pound. In previous years there have been up to 45 different varieties. Holiday decorations will also be for sale and donations will be accepted for the relief effort in the Philippines. The Fellowship is located at the corner of Main Street and Route 113 in Tamworth.

The Tamworth Farmers' Market will be held at the Brett School cafeteria from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sample local food cooking at the Farmers' Market Café prepared by your friends and neighbors and listen to live music performed by local musicians. Arts in Motion Theater Company, at the Eastern Slope Inn Playhouse on Main Street in North Conway Village looks forward to sharing the holiday season with the community as they bring a favorite Christmas story to the stage with "It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play" by Joe Landry at 7 p.m. Inspired by the classic American film by Frank Capra, the show is performed as a 1940s live radio broadcast in front of a studio audience. Holiday Open House at The Conway Area Humane Society. The Conway Area Humane Society Open House will be noon until 3 p.m. All are welcome to stop by and visit the animals and staff and enjoy some refreshments. Art Gallery Show Opening. Jackson Art Studio & Gallery: The Many Moods of Mt Washington Valley show continues through the month of December.
