Kennett High School Holiday Concert. The Kennett High School music program presents its 2013 Holiday Concert, "Sleigh Ride" at 7 p.m. in the Kennett High School Loynd Auditorium. The snow date for the concert is Thursday, Dec. 19. A $5 suggested donation will go towards scholarship assistance for educational travel, equipment, and uniform needs. A festive assortment of holiday favorites is planned. The chorus, drumlines, stage band and symphonic band will perform.
Blood Pressure Clinics. The Central New Hampshire VNA and Hospice will hold blood pressure clinics, 9-10 a.m. at Sugar Hill on Rollingford Road in Wolfeboro and 11 a.m.-noon at All Saints Church on South Main Street in Wolfeboro.
Sandwich Singers. Sandwich Singers will perform at 7:30 p.m.with students from K.A. Brett School, Wed. Dec. 18 at Tamworth Congregational Church, Tamworth, with new music commissioned by Yeoman's Fund for the Arts: PSU students and Dr. Jonathan Santore.
'Morning Garden', A Parent-Child Class. The White Mountain Waldorf School hosts a "Morning Garden" parent-child class for ages 3 months to 4 years old 9:30-11:30 a.m. This is a loving environment for you and your child, with storytelling, movement, bread making and songs. Christmas $1 A Bag Sale. The Thrift Shop of the Lovell United Church of Christ on Route 5 in Center Lovell, Maine holds a Christmas $1 a bag sale Dec. 16 through 23. Shop hours are Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon. The shop will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Christmas Concert. The Mountain Top Music Community Orchestra will present its annual Christmas concert at 7:30 p.m. next Wednesday, Dec. 18, at Salyards Center for the Arts at 110 Main Street in Conway Village. This year's concert highlights classical Christmastime pieces as well as sing-a-long carols.
