Old Library Evening Program. The second event in the OLE series will be held at 7 p.m. at the Old Jackson library, next to the church in Jackson. OLE stands for Old Library Evenings, an evening of unplugged, old-fashioned entertainment, for all ages. The idea for these gatherings comes from Jackson residents Roger and Sarah Isberg, with the support of the Old Library Committee who are looking for ways to use this historic building, now that the town has a new larger public library (opened in 2011 in the historic Trickey Barn). The OLE evenings are a combination of magic and storytelling with Roger, music with Sarah and Jackson history and other tales with Jackson historian, Alice Pepper. All are welcome to bring instruments and voices, and join in. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated, and help cover the costs of refreshments and raise funds for the library. For more information, call 383-6252. The Isbergs can be found online at www.isbergmagic.com .
