Locally, Weston's Farm on River Road will hold demonstrations of the making of maple syrup. Their sugarhouse is 90 years old and they gather sap by hand from their buckets. You can enjoy free ice cream with maple syrup on top as well as Sugarbush tours from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
